2. There’s a lot of downtime while the mediator’s in the other room and clients like to use that downtime to rest take care of their animals ,watch Netflix or work.

3. When our mediators mediate via zoom we offer to text the lawyer and the client when we’re coming back to their zoom breakout room so that neither of them have to be glued to the computer.
