Update on Melinda’s mediation practice.  Her calendar is available on our website  at https://www.duffeeandeitzen.com/mediation-schedule/.  She has been fully vaccinated.  Starting May 1^st Melinda will mediate in person or via Zoom. If either party requests zoom then she appears by zoom.  If in person, we have excellent mediation space in our Dallas office on Oak Lawn or she will come to you. Her current rates are $1200.00 per party for a full day and $600.00 per party for a ½ day.  A deposit is required upon booking. The deposit becomes a cancellation fee if you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled date. We have a lawpay link for payment or you can mail a check. If needed she has some Saturdays available but Saturdays are zoom only.
