Please join the ADR Section of the Dallas Bar Association for a VIRTUAL CLE on Monday, Oct. 10, 2022 at 12 noon for a presentation on best practices in family law mediations.

Topics will include: (1) how to best prepare for a productive family law mediation, (2) what documents should be sent to mediators in advance of the mediation, (3) what behaviors may interfere with mediation success, (4) presence of third parties at mediation, and more.

**Presenters:**

1. **Melinda Eitzen**, Founding Partner at Duffee + Eitzen, Mediator, and credentialed Master in collaborative practice by Collaborative Divorce Texas.

2. **Chris Farish**, Partner at Quaid Faris, LLC, Board-Certified Family Law Specialist.

3. **Former State District Judge Lori Chrisman Hockett**: Mediator and Arbitrator. Former Judge, Private Practice Attorney, and Assistant District Attorney.

4. **Former State District Judge Suzanne H. Wooten**: 27 Years of Experience in Civil, Family, and Business Law as a Trial Attorney, Mediator, Arbitrator, and Former Judge.
